Working on some new habits this week.
I’ve been in a tough place with my body-image lately so I really need to take the old bull by his old tough fucking horns and get something done about it. That something is going to be a slow-and steady type gig, getting on the road once a day minimum.
No time constraints, no forced arduousness. Just straight-up habit forming.
Because exercise in the morning feels nice, helps my brain work better, and makes me less of an asshole.
